Who we are

I’ve been running for over twenty years. I love getting into the details of how to train, why we run and how running fits into a fulfilling life. I can help you achieve your running goals in a fun, consistent and adventurous manner.

Your training should be personalized for your individual needs, lifestyle and goals. Whether you are beginning running, building back into a running practice, or looking to take your running goals to new, exciting levels, I can help you.

I’m a running coach and writer based in Copenhagen with my husband and toddler. By background, I’m an environmental anthropologist. I’ve done fieldwork in remote wildernesses around the world, climbed volcanoes, summited mountains, dived deep into the oceans, and traversed jungles. Wherever I travel, my running shoes always come along.

I’m also the author of a few books, including How to Start Running (And Enjoy It). I’ve helped countless people to start running and many more to continue on their running adventures. I truly love helping people explore running, whatever that means to them.

Daisy Chain Run Club exists to help you build a running practice that lasts, while enjoying the process along the way.
